AngclicareSQ Strategic Plan 2021–2025 has ambitions to build on strong foundations and ensure that the needs and preferences of the people they support and their people are at the centre of their future service design and operations. Yet, in a very competitive market, they were being held back from embracing the opportunities ahead with the challenge of retaining care workers.

AnglicareSQ needed facility managers to be front and centre of resolving your employee retention challenge: to understand the retention challenge, co-create the solutions, and take collective ownership to implement the solutions with their teams.


  • Conducted a leaders readiness survey for change, identifying retention drivers and key themes
  • Facilitated a session with leaders to help assess the data and co-develop an actionable plan to address RAC workforce retention
  • Determined the high-risk/priority roles, cost to replace and risk factors
  • Produced a QuickStart workforce retention report with recommended early-wins and next steps plan
