Australian Paralympic Committee - Guided the executive team to Fire-up organisation change
The Australian Paralympic team had recently restructured the organisation.
Working alongside the senior leadership team, Fire up guided them to get focussed on their new ‘Evolve’ strategy. The leadership team sought to pay particular attention to planning the journey of re-engaging their people and improving collaboration and innovation.
The CEO and newly formed executive team were taken through a series of working sessions that helped to guide and prepare them to implement the new strategy, including how to re-engage employees and align them to get focussed on the new strategy.
HOW WE HELPED
- Conducted an assessment of the readiness of leaders to lead change
- Conducted an alignment session with leaders and corporate office teams to refocus them on the new strategy
- Worked with senior leaders to build change leadership capability. This included support with collaboration sessions and individual coaching to engage their employees in bottom-up co-creation of solutions.
