Building resilient leaders to lead Infinite Care’s growth.
THE CHALLENGE
Infinite Care is one of Australia’s fastest-growing residential aged care providers, with significant expansion plans, including 2,000 new beds and a near-doubling of staff. To support this growth, Infinite Care recognised the need to strengthen leadership resilience and ensure leaders could effectively guide their teams through ongoing transformation. Traditional leadership development approaches were not delivering the mindset shift required to lead strategic change, creating a need for a more practical, hands-on approach.
HOW WE HELPED
Fire up™ was engaged to facilitate a structured leadership development process that included:
- Aligning Infinite Care’s strategic plans, leadership insights, and existing capability assessments to ensure leadership development directly supports business needs.
- Conducting a Fire up™ Organisational Change Readiness Assessment to identify gaps and risks in leadership and organisational capability.
- Facilitating a working session to clarify leadership development needs at all levels, from executives to frontline leaders.
- Designing a tailored leadership development roadmap, integrating 'learning by doing' pathways to ensure leaders can apply new skills in real-world scenarios.
- Delivering a half-day session at the National Leadership Conference to introduce practical strategies for resilience and leading transformational change.
OUTCOMES
- Assessed change readiness: Conducted a deep-dive review and facilitated a QuickStart™ Working Session to identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and leadership needs.
- Designed a leadership roadmap: Created a structured development plan aligned to Infinite Care’s growth strategy, covering executive, middle, and frontline levels.
- Built leadership capability and resilience: Equipped 60 leaders with practical tools, mindset shifts, and resilience strategies to lead transformational change, including a dedicated session at the National Leaders Conference.
