THE CHALLENGE

Warrigal Care is an award-winning aged care provider operating in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Queanbeyan and Canberra regions. Warrigal Care has 13 residential care homes and 11 community villages, home care and social services. Warrigal had grown X4 by acquisition over the last 5 years. With a new strategic plan for 2030 including a significant growth ambition, the CEO needed to ensure their structure and way of operating was aligned to the strategy and become future-fit.
